No. Every change is staged and tested before going live. For sites on WordPress, we use a staging environment. Technical fixes are deployed in off-peak windows. Your site stays live and functional throughout the entire engagement.
Access to Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and your website backend. If you don't have GA4 or Search Console set up, that gets wired as part of the engagement. Everything else — the audit, the prioritisation, the implementation — comes from me.
