Every plan includes security monitoring and patching, uptime monitoring with fast response, plugin and platform updates, performance checks and a monthly report on the site's health. The Growth and Premium plans add content updates, conversion testing, SEO improvements and priority support. The plan cards below list what each tier includes.
Uptime is checked every 5 minutes, around the clock. Security scans run daily, and performance and Core Web Vitals checks run weekly. Plugins are checked against published vulnerability databases as new issues are disclosed. If something changes, such as the site going down, a vulnerability appearing or page speed dropping, you're told straight away and I start on the fix.
Malware removal and cleanup are included in every plan. The first job is getting the site restored, then finding how the attacker got in, closing that gap and putting measures in place to stop it happening again. Response time is under 4 hours on Growth and Premium and within 24 hours on Essentials, and you get a short review afterwards explaining what happened.
Yes. Content updates are included in the Growth and Premium plans, up to 2 hours a month on Growth and up to 4 hours on Premium. That covers text changes, image swaps, blog post uploads, new service details and similar updates. Development work, such as new pages, new features or template changes, is scoped and quoted separately.
Hosted platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and Shopify handle platform security and updates for you. On those platforms, a plan earns its keep through content updates, conversion work, SEO monitoring and performance tracking, which matter on any platform. WordPress sites need the most technical upkeep, because of their plugins.
