The Growth and Premium plans add content updates, conversion optimisation testing, SEO improvements, and priority support. Uptime monitoring runs every 5 minutes, 24/7. Security scans run daily. Performance checks and Core Web Vitals monitoring run weekly. Plugin vulnerability scanning runs in real time against known CVE databases. If anything changes (your site goes down, a security vulnerability appears, or page speed drops), you're notified immediately and we respond.
Malware removal and cleanup is included in all plans. The priority is to get your site restored quickly, identify the attack vector, patch it, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. For Growth and Premium plan clients, response time is under 4 hours. For Essentials clients, response time is within 24 hours. We also perform a post-incident review so you understand exactly what happened.
Yes, content updates are included in the Growth and Premium plans (up to 2 hours/month on Growth, up to 4 hours/month on Premium).
