What It Does

Agentic AI-SEO Skill is a free, open-source, LLM-first SEO analysis skill. One orchestrator command routes to 24 sub-skills covering technical SEO, schema markup, content quality (E-E-A-T), AI search optimisation (GEO and AEO), local SEO, and GitHub repository SEO. It is plain Markdown with YAML frontmatter and no host-specific installer, so it works the same whether it is loaded by Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or any other agent that reads a SKILL.md file and runs shell commands.

For a full audit, the orchestrator detects your business type from homepage signals (SaaS, local service, ecommerce, publisher, or agency), works through the relevant specialists in sequence, and synthesises findings through a perceive-analyse-validate-act framework before handing back a prioritised action plan. Every recommendation states the observation it rests on and a leading indicator to watch, instead of a generic "improve your SEO" checklist copy-pasted for every site. It is the same skill running under the hood for the audit work behind johnakande.com's own SEO.
