Yes. Strategy and architecture are operator-led in both modes — that's the constant. What changes is who executes day-to-day. You're never handed off to a junior team in either mode.

DWY engagements are typically shorter per sprint since execution velocity depends on your team's availability. Either way, every engagement is scoped upfront with clear milestones — no open-ended retainers.
We assess at every milestone gate. If you've pivoted your offer, entered a new market, or need to re-prioritise, that's a legitimate reason to adjust scope — not a problem. Engagements are structured with deliberate pause points so we can recalibrate when business conditions change.
